Children practise taekwondo kicks, punches, blocks and stances, learn forms (poomsae) and age-appropriate self-defence, and work on fitness. Classes run 45 minutes. There is belt progression, grading and friendly competitions.
Good to know
- Bring a water bottle and comfortable activewear or a taekwondo uniform.
- Arrive 10 minutes early so the class can start on time.
- For ages 7 to 10, parents may stay or sign children in, but must stay onsite within PHIVE and be contactable.
- Beginners and experienced students are welcome.
Tickets
$30–$80 a term
$80 for the term; Active Kids Vouchers are accepted. Booking required.
