Families repair furniture, clothing, bikes and small electrical items, swap toys, make Halloween monster masks, learn growing tips, and watch an electric cooktop demo. There is also a community BBQ, a compost bin and worm farm giveaway, and a device donation point.
Good to know
- Repair workshops and stations need booking; the toy swap, device donations, garden opening and BBQ do not.
- Toy swap: bring up to 3 clean, complete toys per child; children can take home up to 3.
- Toy drop-off is 10am to 12pm and the swap is 1pm to 2pm.
- The mask craft, bike check and Reuse Garden talk ask you to register; walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
- Free compost bin or worm farm giveaway (registration required)
- Community BBQ and electric cooktop demo
